Visit HP Gas Website or App
Go to myhpgas.in or download "HP Gas" app from Play Store / App Store.
Login with Consumer Number
Enter your 17-digit HP Gas consumer number and registered mobile number. Click "Send OTP."
Go to eKYC Section
After login, click "My Account" • "eKYC Update" or look for the KYC banner on the homepage.
Enter Aadhaar Details
Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number. An OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
Verify OTP & Submit
Enter the OTP received on your Aadhaar-linked mobile. Your eKYC will be completed instantly.

Download "IndianOil One" from Play Store or visit indane.co.in.
Register / Login
Use your 17-digit consumer number and mobile number to login.
eKYC via Aadhaar OTP
Go to Profile • KYC Update • Enter Aadhaar • Verify OTP. Done.

🔥 How to Book LPG Cylinder Online
Via App (Easiest Method)
Open your gas company app (HP Gas / IndianOil One / BPCL SmartDrive) • Tap "Book Cylinder" • Confirm booking • Get OTP delivery confirmation.
Via IVR (Phone Call)
Call your distributor's number or the national IVR. Press 1 for cylinder booking. Your registered mobile number is auto-detected.
Via WhatsApp
HP Gas: Send "Hi" to 9222201122 on WhatsApp • Follow prompts to book cylinder.
Via SMS
Send SMS: BOOK <Consumer Number> to 57333 (HP Gas) or 52725 (Indane).
Track Your Booking
After booking, you'll receive an SMS with booking ID. Track delivery status in the app or call distributor.
Pay on Delivery or Online
Pay via UPI, cash, or card on delivery. Online payment available in app before delivery.

Choose Distributor
Select your nearest distributor from the list. You can also visit the distributor's office directly.
Pay Security Deposit
Pay ₹1,450 (14.2 kg cylinder) or ₹800 (5 kg cylinder) as refundable security deposit.
Delivery & Installation
Distributor will deliver cylinder + regulator within 7 working days. Ensure proper installation by technician.
Link Bank Account to Consumer ID
Login to your gas app • My Account • Bank Details • Add your bank account number and IFSC code.
Link Aadhaar to Bank Account
Visit your bank branch or net banking • Link Aadhaar to bank account for DBTL (Direct Benefit Transfer for LPG).
Check Subsidy Status
Visit mylpg.in • Enter consumer number • Check subsidy transfer status and history.
PMUY (Ujjwala Yojana)
BPL families can get free gas connection under PM Ujjwala Yojana. Apply at nearest distributor with BPL card + Aadhaar.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many cylinders can I book per year?
You can book up to 12 subsidized cylinders per year (1 per month). Additional cylinders are available at market price.
What if my eKYC fails?
If Aadhaar OTP fails, visit your nearest gas distributor with original Aadhaar for offline KYC verification.
How to check if my gas is genuine?
Check the seal on the valve • it should be intact. Weigh the cylinder (14.2 kg net weight). Report underweight cylinders to 1800-2333-555.
